You start the train and get three links: one for the rider to fill in pickup details, one to share with volunteer drivers, and a private admin link only you can see.

How a ride train works

  1. List the appointments Add pickup details, dates, times, and destinations. You can schedule one ride or a recurring set of appointments.
  2. Share the driver link Send one private signup link to trusted friends, family, neighbors, or a community group.
  3. Drivers claim and remember Drivers choose the rides that fit their week and receive an automatic reminder with pickup details.
